Monitoring

A permanent fix was implemented in AUS last night, and the temporary workaround has been removed. We’ll be closely monitoring this morning, and if any issues arise, we’ll reinstate the temporary fix to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the day.

Our temporary workaround has effectively prevented the problem. We believe we’ve identified the root cause and will deploy a potential fix to AUS at the end of the day (AEDT). If the fix proves successful tomorrow, we’ll roll it out to all regions.

Investigating

We are aware of intermittent errors affecting some NEONNOW users. While most users will not experience disruptions, some may be unexpectedly signed out. Additionally, interaction history may not generate in certain cases, making some interactions unviewable.

To mitigate the impact, we have deployed a temporary workaround, which we are actively monitoring while we continue investigating the root cause. We will share further updates as we make progress. Thank you for your patience.
